This project embraced a natural, simplistic design to create a warm, homely feel. Rough-sawn hardwood raised vegetable beds were positioned throughout the garden, providing abundant space for home-grown produce. A custom chicken coop with hardwood upright batten fencing forms a functional and attractive feature, while a dense lily-pilly hedge offers privacy from neighbouring properties.

A small-scale edible food forest adds variety and seasonal harvests, complemented by lush Sir Walter Buffalo turf that creates an inviting space for the family to enjoy. Underfoot, the natural texture of hardwood cypress chip offers a soft, barefoot-friendly surface — perfect for mornings and evenings spent harvesting fresh food to share with family and friends.
